The property is in a great location, attached to the Paddington station for the National Rail Network and just across the road from the underground network. There are a decent number of places nearby if you want to have a meal and pubs if you just want to hang out for a drink. Although we seemed to have arrived at the hotel at a busy time, the check-in assisted by DAVIDE was smooth, swift and efficient. The room was fairly well appointed and carried the basic amenities for one’s stay. However, even if the thermostat is set at 21 degrees, the temperature is set not to drop below 23. In my opinion, this is acceptable and is a commendable energy saving initiative from the property. I managed to get a good night’s sleep with the air conditioning on, so in my book this box gets checked. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good. Hot and cold water is seamless and the controls easy to understand and operate. There are some pretty good entertainment channels at the Hilton Paddington which can keep you busy should you chose to stay indoors if its raining or otherwise. The Executive Lounge access is a welcome touch for those who want to relax and have a cool beverage or taste the variety of finger foods up for grabs. The breakfast selection is really, really, really good with a wide variety of options. If you want to have a heavy breakfast like I do, then there’s an omelette station in addition to fried eggs, bacon, pork sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, hash browns the list goes on. There’s croissants and other pastries and baked goods, a selection of yoghurts for those who want to “say” they’ve had breakfast. There’s also a selection of cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruit and you can wash it all down with a selection of juices or a hot beverage. Enough to keep me going until late afternoon. DIMITRI runs a smooth ship. The restaurant staff are very attentive, efficient and professional.

Great hotel,1 minute from Paddington tube station, and a direct indoor access to Paddington GWR. We were a party of 5, (parents x 2 and 3 adult kids) and the hotel was perfect for us. We had a king bed room with rollaway, and adjoining queen bed room. Rooms were large, decorated perfectly, and beds were extraordinarily comfortable. Black out curtains made catching up on lost sleep attainable. Breakfast was amazing. So many options, we were spoilt for choice. And although the barista did not officially start until 0730, (Auto coffee machine x 2 were available) they were very accomodating with our desired fresh caffeine needs. Of particular stand out was Nema. She greeted us each morning with her beautiful smile and always some conversation about our day and teaching us a new arabic word, as we trying to master the language. She was a delight. We will definitely be back to enjoy this grand hotel's reliable comfort and service, and their highly trained staff who value service and hospitality, and demonstrate this repeatedly at every interaction.

I LOVE THE LOCATION and access from Paddington Station into the hotel. Drhuvi went above and beyond, got an Otster card such a beautiful Friebd and gem. Gave accurate info on the benefits of just using my credit card each time I travel by train or bus vs. using Oyster. She was every single day the MS. Hospitality, which made me feel like royalty and family at the same time. I love that her name rhymes with ruby. Her team mates wow impressive, Emilia,Sabina and Ludek they work so well in concert with each other. We had 250 attendees for our event, and day or night, they were cheerful, helpful, and responsive. I've traveled all over the world and I'm impressed! I'll definitely be back, and our Director for Europe and UK Alex Noel felt the same, so we're coming back in February!

One of the best locations in London at Paddington station. The staff were friendly and attentive even though it is such a large hotel. Luggage storage if needed. Lots of elevators so you never had to wait too long. Nice lobby area, dining and bar area. Room was large for London standards. Older style room but very clean with huge comfortable bed, desk, chairs, storage and power outlets. Bath and shower, nice hot water and a good size. Block out curtains, double glazed windows that opened for fresh air, 5th floor facing west was quiet enough for a busy area. Perfect hotel as a base to everything there is to do in London. Highly recommended.

All the hotel staff ; reception, room service, concierge , and house keeping are professional, friendly and helpful. I also like the security level at the hotel , where security staffs are present, which is so important for tourists and travelers. The hotel is a family friendly too where I noticed almost that guests are families and the hotel is so quiet where I never heard any noise or disturbances . I like the location of the hotel where there are so many grocery stores and restaurants in front of the hotel and nearby , and some grocery stores open 24 hours. I like the quietness and safeness of the area around the hotel.
